✺ Audition Process

1. Fill out the following form (choose the program, date, and location for the ROUND 1 audition in case you are selected).

2. Email your CV and a headshot to projects@freezone-bcn.com.

   Do not include video links in the email. Please upload your videos in the form.

Application Conditions

1. The required minimum age is 18 years old.

2. European Health Insurance Card or private health insurance is required.

3. By the end of the program, in June 2027, you will receive a certificate of studies. If more than 20% of your absences are unjustified, we will not be able to provide you with the certificate.

Audition Fee

If you are pre-selected for the ROUND 1, we charge a one-time fee of 45 euros for the entire audition.

Application Deadline

• Applications are open until the 01st of March 2026.

• Preselected candidates will be notified by the 15th of March 2026.

• Final results will be announced between the 10th and the 13th of June 2026.

Program Schedule

The programs runs from the 28th of September 2026 to the 30th of May 2027, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (about 880 hours per year). Please note that during Free Bodies creation weeks, the schedule will be extended until 4:30 PM.

Program Fees

• Administration Fee and Freezone Membership: €200 + €300

• Free Bodies: €4,800

• Free Roots: €4,800

• Free Pulse: €4,800

Payment Options

If selected to join one of our Program 26·27, you must submit the program reservation payment along with your chosen payment option no later than June 16. Otherwise, we will understand that you are not participating in the program.

Scholarships and Helper Positions

• Three scholarships available, valued at €1,700 each.

  Note: Discounts applies to the program tuition only; not valid for administrative or membership fees.

• Four Helper positions with a €500 annual fee reduction will be offered. The Helper positions involve exchange work for the space and the project. Both the scholarships and the Helper positions will be decided by the direction of Freezone after Round 3.
